I am a student for sure. All that i do have is the address bar with the options tab. i dont have any of the bars...i think the one im concerned about is the task bar with File,Edit,etc..I will try what you recommended to try to create a new user. Thanks for the screenshot and i will try to get my terminology down |

There is no icon to check preferences & searched all over to see what Epiphany edition i have in case i need to update.I have an options tab but no preference or settings option... cannot find it like on Mozilla or Chromium. im not sure what Fedora is.
