no new card, I've tried pretty much everything in xrandr and its really disappointing that the linux kernel has this kind of issues to this date, I mean VGA is one of the most basic components of a computer.

its an onboard video card on a laptop, I wished I could replace it but I can't get rid of it : /

Hi!, some days ago I bought a VGA chord for my laptop, which is kind of old so I just use it to store movies and watch them with my family some times, so, when I hooked the VGA chord from my laptop to my LCD tv I just get a black screen no picture no nothing, I even tried on my dad's TV which is a LED tv but I get no signal on that one, so I tried a lot of forums which where no help I have tried with "xrandr" I've tried setting it as primary changing its mode, setting vga to auto, etc. So now I came for help(desperate help needed) here is my xrandr output and my system info:
