2018-01-24 14:12:18 -0500 answered a question Sudo don"t ask password [solved]

I found the solution

System Settings

 All configurations

    Account details

        Users Manager

I entered the password, because I believe it was blank and since my user is an administrator, he did not ask for a password

Now it's fixed!

Is correct?

## Allow root to run any commands anywhere
root ALL=(ALL) ALL

## Allows members of the 'sys' group to run networking, software,
## service management apps and more.
# %sys ALL = NETWORKING, SOFTWARE, SERVICES, STORAGE, DELEGATING, PROCESSES, LOCATE, DRIVERS

## Allows people in group wheel to run all commands
%wheel ALL=(ALL) ALL

## Same thing without a password
# %wheel ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD: ALL
2018-01-20 07:33:33 -0500 commented question Windows partition read-only [solved]

in / etc / mtab I found   just the line below regarding the windows partition

/dev/sda3 /run/media/helvio/BA2E07B72E098E21 fuseblk ro,nosuid,nodev,relatime,userid=0,groupid=0,defaultpermissions,allowother,blksize=4096 0 0

Should I add this line in fstad? Is it correct?

I stress that the partition mounts and reads normally, it just does not have write permission

2018-01-20 07:26:48 -0500 answered a question Windows partition read-only [solved]

With Windows it is Ok because hibernation is disabled and also the partition mounts, but without permission to write

2018-01-19 09:36:30 -0500 answered a question Brother scanner driver don't work

Hi,

First I installed these three programs (available on the Brother website)

brother-udev-rule-type1-1.0.2-0.noarch.rpm

brscan-skey-0.2.4-1.x86_64.rpm

brscan4-0.4.4-4.x86_64.rpm

And this too:

sudo dnf install simple-scan

Then I execute the following command

brsaneconfig4 -a name=BROTHER model=8912DW ip=192.168.1.25

(in this case is the IP where the scanner was configured)

Worked perfectly in Fedora 27 KDE
