setfiles -m <path name> resets those labels.

I am creating a Fedora26 cloud image for private openstack cloud using ansible. I am dropping few custom network config files in the /etc/sysctl.d/ and repairing the SElinux labels on it by using setfiles /etc/selinux/targeted/../contextfiles but it seems that the labels are not getting repaired. If I try the same command manually from shell then it is repairing the labels on those files. If anyone is facing same issue or has any info please let me help me out

I am building an Image for private openstack cloud in ansible, after I drop network config files in /etc/sysctl.d/ , I am telling ansible to repair the SElinux labels on those files by using 'setfiles /etc/selinux....context files, I seems that this command does not work through ansible... However if I type this command manually on the Fedora26 it seems to be working...
