2017-02-19 03:35:51 -0500 asked a question Xorg crashes when using Wacom tablet in Krita

Hi, I have fedora 25 and I'm using Wayland. After a while I decided to paint something with my Wacom graphics tablet. I'm using Krita for painting. Soon I found out that wacom tablet driver doesn't work in Wayland. I switched to xorg, opened Krita and it was working fine. For a few minutes. After a little while xorg just crashed. And again and again.

I found this in journalctl

Yes I did, several times. Memtest didn't find anything and smartctl has no error logs either.

Hello, sorry to bump my own question, but I have some news. This crash happened two more times. Last time it happened I wasn't doing anything. Then I found in system log this "Reported 6 kernel oopses to Abrt". Here is kernel oops log, if someone can read it: https://www.dropbox.com/s/waqoe8o491h...

I was using fedora 24 for 6 months without problems. This was the first problem I ever had with fedora. Anyway, I don't remember installing any additional drivers. What are those drivers? Where can I find them? Is it possible fedora 25 causes the problem? I can still reinstall to fedora 24.

Hello, I have HP EliteBook 8440p. Last week I updated from fedora 24 to fedora 25. A few days go I got random system crash. I was browsing internet when my laptop screen went black and the CPU went on full performance. After 10 second the computer turned itself off. When I booted it back on, it acted like nothing happened. I looked in journalctl, but I didn't find any error. Last few entries were from chromium and then just -Reboot-. After 30 minutes it did the same thing. Again, I didn't find any errors after rebooting. Weird thing is it only happened twice and only that day. No crash since then. Since then, I ran hard-drive check, memtest86, and some tests in bios. None of them found any hardware problem. Could you please help me solve this problem?
