2016-11-24 03:25:30 -0500 asked a question Fedora 25 keyboard shortcuts: Can't use CTRL+ALT+A

after upgrading to Fedora 25 I noticed that my shortcut CTRL+ALT+A (used for KeePass Global Auto-Type) no longer worked. So I went to the keyboard shortcut section and tried to set it again. But in the "Set Custom Shortcut" window CTRL+ALT+A simply isn't accepted? Why is that? Is this kind of occupied since Fedora 25. In 24 this worked without problems.

When I want to set it to CTRL+ALT+Q, it gets accepted but then the shortcut will be set to CTRL+ALT+META+Q. What is "META" here?

2016-11-19 12:18:34 -0500 asked a question Thunderbird's fonts and symbols are huge on hidpi display

I use Fedora 24 with default Gnome on a notebook with a 2560*1440 screen. I installed gnome-tweak-tools for setting scaling fonts to 1.0.

Firefox seems to read this value and the everything there appears as small as desired. But nothing changed for Thunderbird. When you google this you often find that you can tweak Thunderbird's behaviour by adjusting layout.css.devPixelsPerPx in about:config. But this only affects the font inside the Mail and the symbols. The lisf of folders and the list of mails in this folder are still quite huge. Does somebody know a way to tell Thunderbird that it should just appear smaller?
