I have a peculiar problem with my recent system, upgraded to Fedora 26 from Fedora 25. When I try to wake up the system in the sleep mode the notebook immediately boots normally. In other words, it's seems when I take an action like push the power button or open de screen in order to wake-up the notebook the power is totally cut off and the booting process begins (I have to enter the motherboard password and so on). My Laptop is a Toshiba Satellite S55 (Intel Core i7). This problem is new in my system. On F25 everything it was ok about this issue. In the power settings the actions assigned to power button is: "suspending" and it's ok. Any ideas to diagnose where is the problem?

Thanks for asking that. Indeed the signal is very weak: I need to stand very close to the routers: more than 2 meters and the Notebook lost the signal. Before update I use to stay connect on 8 or 9 meters away. This is true for three different access points where normally work).

Two weeks ago I upgrade my F22 machine to F23 and the next day to F24. The Wifi signal is now very poor or weak. Dual Boot (windows 8) allows me to check the wifi strength in that OS and it's fine. So, I think that something is changed in the upgrade process or in the new(?) firmware. I think I need help to diagnose and solve this problem, so please, give me some clues.

My network Card: Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless AC 3160

The firmware version is firmware=17.352738.0

Thanks in advance for any help.
