installing vlc-extras (to pull in more codecs) plus clearing the firefox storage for netflix.com got it to work for me.

With Fedora 22, gnome-user-share seems to be installed by default. Inserting a USB to Bluetooth adapter in my laptop (that does not have Bluetooth baked in) was enough to be able to see visible devices, pair, and send files with the controls in All Settings » Bluetooth. However, to receive files, that needs to be turned on in sharing

All Settings » Sharing (in system category) Turn on sharing globally, then turn it on for Bluetooth Sharing.

Clicking the "Bluetooth Sharing" line give a couple more configuration options.

After that, I was able to send files from my phone to the laptop.
