You shouldn't need to download the drivers from HP. The open source foo2zjs driver should work just fine (I have a 1020, as well, which I just set up last night on a new F18 install).

The "Add Printer" interface may even pick up the driver on its own, either through choosing it from the list, or through finding the printer itself.

If Fedora says your printer is installed, but it's not working, try removing it and going through the install process again.

2013-05-26 09:40:43 -0500 asked a question Is there a way to play Diablo 3 using the Nouveau drivers?

I've got an Nvidia graphics card, but due to a few different issues I'm currently having with the Nvidia proprietary drivers and the F18 kernels, I can't run the proprietary drivers right now. I'd like to play Diablo 3, but it doesn't see my card for what it is while using the Nouveau drivers, so I get the "your card is unsupported" error, and D3 refuses to launch.

The card's a GTX 260, and I've run D3 just fine using the Nvidia drivers, so I know the card itself can handle it. My question is, then, can the Nouveau drivers handle it? If so, how can I successfully play Diablo 3 using them?

2012-03-21 08:12:04 -0500 asked a question Install F16 on a MacBook (Dual Boot)

I found this question, but it seems to be a little outdated. The other stuff I've found on the matter seems to be older and pretty specific to the version of Mac OS they address (most of which being Tiger or Leopard).

I may be getting a MacBook Pro (with Lion) in the next few weeks or so, and would like to dual boot it with F16. I'm familiar with BootCamp, but only for installing Windows with it. Is installing F16 going to be the same as installing Windows with BootCamp? Are there any "gotchas" that still apply (such as the boot loader issue in the above link), or driver issues I'll need to deal with? I'd like to be able to get it up and running as soon as I can, so I'd like to know as much as I can ahead of time.
