I'm talking about the documentation that comes with Fedora 20, in the printer setup section.

Ha! found it, in the printers window, it shows model: Generic text only printer, I had to click on that, then it brought up, the driver, which I then selected Canon Pixma MG3100, and Walla. It now works. I wish it would have mentioned this in the Documentation. Thanks to all your inputs, it got me looking again.

Remember I'm running Fedora, it's not like Linux Mint, it doesn't show you the driver, it just finds the printer, you click on that printer and pretty much, no other response after that, it comes up as ready. However the documentation supplied with Fedora, says that your supposed to be prompted for the root password, which I was not and also the location, which again I was not prompted to supply a location, it just changed to a ready status and looks like it should work, but doen't.

Remember I'm running Fedora, it's not like Linux Mint or Ubuntu, this is a Red Hat sponsored OS.
