Operating System not found

Hi all,
I done a fresh install of Fedora 16 on my laptop but when I reboot it says 'Operating System not found'. I'm pretty sure that is a uefi-gpt issue since I'm able to boot chainloading from an Archlinux cd (just now I'm writing from that laptop).

Here's some data:

laptop: DELL Inspiron 14Z (N411Z)
bios/fw: Phoenix SecureCore Tiano (A02 version from DELL)
hdtable: GPT
(if other informations are needed, tell me)

Previously I tryed with the openSUSE (GRUB-legacy + msdos table) and it works (but gave me some issues with hardware, so I prefer Fedora...)

One stange thing: Anaconda forced me to set a 'bios_grub' partition of 1MB, is this behaviour normal on UEFI systems?
