Which is the direct replacement of "resolvconf" in Fedora?

Hello. I'm used to working with resolvconf in Ubuntu (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Resolvconf). In few words: this program manage the eventual dynamic updates in /etc/resolv.conf content coming from several origins (network-manager hooks, dhcp clients hooks, dns-nameservers line in /etc/network/interfaces, etc). I've seen in Fedora this program not even exist in repositories. Is there some other program which does (more or less) the same job in Fedora? I thought it was systemd-resolved but from what I've seen, it seems more like a dnsmasq replacement. Correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks a lot!!
