Upgrading SVN on Fedora 16

I recently upgraded a Fedora 13 install to Fedora 16. Subversion, via the svnserve service, had been running flawlessly (accessed via http://mydomain/repos), but now it is unreachable under 16. How do I go about debugging the problem?

Unfortunately, I'm not the one who originally set it up, so I don't know the full details, but it doesn't appear to use the svnserve.conf since all the default values are commented out. I believe it's using LDAP to authentication.

I've tried the few obvious checks I could think of, like running svnadmin verify /var/svn/respos (but that confirmed my repo is still valid) and disabling the firewall with systemctl stop iptables.service
