Hide disk partitions from Nautilus

I'm using F16, Gnome 3.2. I used to hide some partitions from Nautilus because I have a lot of partitions on my disk that I don't use often (but I still need them) and they just clutter my Nautilus window. I used to mount those partitions outside of /media or using 'ignore' keyword in /etc/fstab, and it worked [1].

But with F16, no matter what I do, I still see all the partitions under Devices in Nautilus. I would like to hide them somehow easily, I'm not fond of writing custom udev rules [2].

Does anyone have some suggestion? Thanks.
