I cannot get the wireless to work on a Dell Inspiron 1720 laptop with Fedora 23

Hey Folks,

I just turned my Windows 7 Dell Inspiron 1720 into a Fedora 23. The laptop had wireless connectivity as a Windows 7 laptop, but after I installed Fedora 23, there is no sign of wireless connection. When I go to the top-right down arrow icon, I don't even see an option for wireless networks. All I see is that my battery report and the name of one user whom I created during the installation.

Below please find the output of lspci command:

lspci -nn | grep -i net

03:00.0 Ethernet controller [0200] : Broadcom Corporation BCM4401 -B0 100Base - TX [14e4:170c] (rev 02) oc:00.0 Network controller [0280] : Broadcom Corporation BCM4312 802.11b/g LP-PHY [14e4:4315] (rev 01)

Please assist. Many thanks in advance.
