Installing Fedora23 from One PC to Another

I have been using Fedora quite comfortably for past few months now. I have Fedora23 KDE (64bit) running on my system. Having seen Fedora23 on my computer, my friend is desperate to install it on his PC as well. But, I have the ISO file of Fedora22 (64bit) which is not the latest version (we both have 64bit, Dell Inspiron Laptop).

Now, I just want to know "if there is a way to install Fedora23 directly from my computer to his without having to download Fedora23 explicitly". Because place where I live, downloading 1GB would take more than a day and I don't want my friend to struggle like me to download or update (which also downloads some files) Fedora23.

Inputs regrading ways (if any) to install Fedora23 from one computer to another is sought here.

Sorry, I don't have enough insight into this, so, no idea as to which tags to choose. I am just guessing here on the tags part.
