meta: Remove option to close a question because "the question is answered, right answer was accepted"

Hi,

I am observing that new users of ask.fedoraproject.org often close a question when the questions is correctly answered. I did the same in the beginning, and I don't find it intuitive not to do so, especially since the system offers an option called "the question is answered, right answer was accepted". Even if people read the guidelines (which I doubt many do), it not obvious to catch this rule since it's not a separate item in that list.
