Install to empty partition, no space free

Hey there,

I'm attempting to install Fedora to an unallocated partition on my hard drive. When I select the disk in the installer, it gives me an error indicating that there is "0 free space available for use".

I know this isn't true, because I allocated 30 GB to the partition and the installer can identify the partition as having space available.

My partition scheme looks like this: Partition

Note: The contents of dev/sda4 include two other inaccessible linux partitions that I would like to remove. I am unable to delete the partitions within this primary partition. Assistance there would also be greatly appreciated.

I would appreciate help in understanding why I can't install Fedora to this partition. If there's any additional information required, I'm happy to supply it!
