Is there a tool that can enable auto-mount for a HDD in KDE?

I hate editing /etc/fstab manually. Everytime I do, I end up rebooting 10 times to try if I entered a correct line, most of the time having to remove the line again in safemode because the system won't boot.

Is there a graphical tool that I can use to do this for me? The KDE Partition Manager has a "Edit mount point" option, but that doesn't seem to change anything.
