Can't move a VPN file to /etc/vpnc

Hi, I am on Fedora 21, and I need to use a VPN application from my University. I already got it, extracted and now I need just copy the file that is on my /Downloads/ to /etc/vpnc/. Every time that I try to do this, on Terminal, I get this:

cp: missing destination file operand after ‘vpnuspnet.conf.etc.vpnc/’

I tried as well to just open the folders and move the file to the needed directory, and it says that: "Error opening file '/etc/vpnc/vpnuspnet.conf': Permission denied"

On the /etc/ folder, I click on "properties" and it says: "You are not the owner, so you cannot change these permissions"

Gosh! Of course I am the owner. I am logged as administrator, with my own password.

Why such a simple thing can turn on that nightmare? I leave the 'horrorland' from Redmond to be FREE and I really like Fedora 21 on my X220. It works great, but a thing that I can do in less than 5 minutes on Mac OS or even on the terrible Redmond's OS, I am stucked here on F21. I can't get this. I am a new user of Fedora's, and a very proud one, did everything on my own after watch and read tutorials.

Please, any hint or help will be appreciated. Thanks.
