Fedora 17, Radeon HD 5750, fglrx and hardware acceleration

I'm trying to enable hardware acceleration on my Radeon card, following this steps :

1) install fglrx from "RPM Fusion"
-- everything OK

2) install XvBA to enable hardware acceleration
-- when trying to compile libva-xvba-driver-0.8.0-2.fc17.src.rpm I get this error :

"checking for XvBA... no
configure: error: you need XvBA to build this package"

My configuration :
- Fedora 17 32bit
- kernel 3.8.4-102.fc17.i686.PAE
- installed xvba-sdk-0.74-404001.tar.gz following the included README file

Any ideas what is wrong? Many thanks for your help!
