where do i find Nvidia kernel module keys?

I am trying to install Nvidia drivers using this tutorial but without using -s command (read up on it here) it won't install against DKMS so I tried disabling secure boot and unfortunately, GPU won't work correctly and resolution is fixed to 640 ( also windows 10 won't boot) and if I enable secure boot now fedora won't boot.

so I need a key pair, one public key, and one secret key. is OpenSSL capable of generating those keys or is there another way to get those keys?

my fedora is 27 and I use a gtx 970 graphics card
