Evince aparently block media key in spotify

fedora 27, nvidia driver installed manually(if-not-true-then-false guide) , xorg, spotify installed by flatpak (flathub remote)
Evince block the media keys(play/pause, forward, backward) in spotify , even if you close and open again spotify , the spotify app doesn't respond to media keys.
If you close evince everything goes back to normally.
