Lexar 128GB usb3

Hi all, i have installed fedora 26 on an usb3 thumbdrive, 128gb, all seems ok but from the system speed i think the usb key is not mounted as usb3 speed.

From dmesg i see that xhci hcd driver is load and used from the integrated webcam for example but not for the usb stick were the system resides. thanks.
