What is the output of lspci | grep Wire? Does it work if you pick the previous kernel entry at boot?

If above command returns nothing, try lspci | grep WiFi or even lspci | grep Wi

I had a similar problem on Fedora 24, last week, running on a Dell Latitude with an Intel Adapter, i had my wifi adapter disabled for a while and when i tried to enable it again, it wouldn't recognize a wifi adapter in Network Manager. I ran lspci to check if the system recognized my adapter and it did, drivers were also installed and the hardware seemed fine.Unfortunately, it wouldn't show up when running nmcli device. I then went to check if the package NetworkManager-wifi was installed and it wasn't. After installing the package, my wireless network adapter was showing up in network manager and i was able to connect to networks. Try checking if that package is installed.
