ATI/INTEL Switchable Graphics issue

Hello all,

I have laptop for 2 years and I try to use my ATI cards, I tried to search on google and fedoraforums, also other distro forums too. All of I want use ATI Graphic Card, I'm use my Intel Ironlake Graphics, but sometime I need to use ATI because I was installed Maya(By Autodesk) and this software recommend to using ATI or Nvidia,

What am I have to do ? How can I switch my graphics cards ? .

Does your intel card use an xorg.conf ? When running with your intel card, what is in /etc/X11/xorg.conf ?

If not, it makes it easy, you can write an xorg.conf with aticongfig (assuming you have the ati catalyst driver installed from rpmfusion).

you then move the ati xorg.conf in and out of place and re-start X

Well, we need to start with a working configuration for BOTH you your ATI and Intel card. See : https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Xorg You do not need an entire xorg.conf, what you do need is a Device section where you specify a driver for your card(s).

I just a take shoot for vgaswitcheroo , SoumyaC's suggest article , I already have INTEL card, I need to use ATI also, If I following the Gentoo article , Fedora don't have "emerge" command ? So What can I do ?
