RPM reported as "Not a valid File" !

I am trying to install the printer driver for my epson DX4800. I have used this in previous versions of Fedora with no trouble but using the link below http://download.ebz.epson.net/dsc/op/...64/epson-inkjet-printer-escpr-1.4.1-1lsb3.2.x8664.rpm

I have also used the link from the "open source Printing" page using the link below https://www.openprinting.org/printer/...

But NOW, in Fedora 25, I am told that None of these RPMs are VALID and install fails with "Sorry somerhing went wrong, the file is not valid"

Can anyone help please..THIS IS URGENT
