Window behavior

Hi everyone! My issue is always I started SOME applications (like Firefox) the window don't appear maximized. I use KDE 4.8.3 It's a little stressful to be maximizing these windows. Can anybody help me change this behavior?

In KDE, if you maximize the window after you launched the application, KDE will remember the window's behavior and geometry, hence the next time you launch this application it will appear maximized. Double click on the window title bar should maximized the window or you can always set the window behavior on System Settings->Window Behavior
