I have an installed version of Fedora 24 Workstation and I was wondering is there a way of changing this to be the Games version with out having to re install from scratch ?

The Machine is trying to run a highly graphical game live over the internet and it keep locking up and refusing to log out.. I have to do a hard re boot everytime.

Kids eh..always causing trouble but i would like to get this sorted..... Any ideas please ?

I'm not familiar with the Games version of fedora. However, one thing you might be able to do is use an alternate tty to login and see if you can't get things unlocked. By default my fedora24 workstation (and now fedora25 workstation) both offer 6 ttys to login with. To "switch" between them, I issue a:

ctrl-alt-F1 to switch to "tty#1" ctrl-alt-F2 to switch to "tty#2"

If you get locked-up, switch to a different tty, for example use ctrl-alt-F2 Here you should be able to log in. Even if it is just a simple terminal you are looking at you can issue things like "ps", kill the game without havin

Sudo su Dnf group list * Then select. The groups of interest and..... Dnf group install. "group name" "group name2".

All sudo and dnf commands are in lower case.
