Can you post some more detail?

If you include the command you tried and the error message you received it is easier to see what might have happened.

RPM-based Linux distributions

install key wget https://www.virtualbox.org/download/o...vbox.asc sudo rpm --import oraclevbox.asc

wget http://download.virtualbox.org/virtua... sudo mv virtualbox.repo /etc/yum.repos.d/

sudo dnf install VirtualBox-5.1

Install 5.1 because of kernel .... That's it

And if you still want to install VirtualBox, you could follow this step-by-step guide. It will help you installing VirtualBox from Oracle's repository.

It's possible to add the virtualbox repo and then use yum install for installing virtualbox.

The virtualbox wikipage Linux Downloads ( https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/LinuxDownloads) describes how to do it.

1.Start by save the repository definition described to /etc/yum.repos.d/virtualbox You can see the definition here: http://download.virtualbox.org/virtua...

2.Run sudo yum update

3.Run sudo yum search virtualbox

4.Using yum install, install the version of virtual box that suites you. Possibly: sudo yum install VirtualBox-5.2.x86_64
