upgrade process (24->25)

Hello, i have upgraded from fedora 24 workstation to 25 successfully, though, i have encountered some issues in the new version. My question is, if these issues are related to the upgrade process or they are just bugs in the new version of some programs. I've noticed that some applications like nautilus, libreoffice etc.. in windows list extension have the same icon which is different to their default icons. Also some other settings don't work as they should. I have a separate home partition. I should also mention that the upgrade process was awesome as is fedora 25 too.

The icon "issue" could be linked to old icon caches, if the app did change its icon -- I am not aware that nautilus and LO did ("Remmina" did however). It should go away or you can try cleaning ~/.cache folder
Some settings are lost due to switching to wayland by default, like display configuration (resolution, external displays position...)

I've cleaned the ~/.cache folder but that didn't solve the problem. Thanx for your reply!
