'dnf update' doesn't work for all repos after upgrading to Fedora 25

Hello. I just upgraded my system from Fedora 24 to 25. Everything seemed to work but when I run dnf update --refresh the only repository which checks for updates is the VirtualBox one. fedora repo, updates repo and the RPM Fusion repos are not even checking for updates.

I noticed that if I check repos with dnf repolist all of them are shown but marked with an asterisk unless the VirtualBox repo (which is the one that works) but I have not been able to find out what does that asterisk mean or how to solve it.

Another symptom is that when I search for packages that are not installed (but I know they exist) with dnf search it always fail to find them so all my repositores seem to be broken (unless VirtualBox for some reason).

Any ideas? Thank you in advance.

That's a question - it should be asked as a question, not posted as answer to an old thread.

It seems to be solved now... I'm sorry but I don't know how. Last thing I did was dnf clean all but I don't think that's the solution since that was the first thing I did after upgrading to Fedora 25.
