I updated to Fedora 25 and now NetworkManager vpn doesn't work. When I try to set up a connection, it says:"Error: unable to load VPN connection editor" I can't edit anything in Details and only the name and firewall zone in Identity. I tried reinstalling NetworkManaver-vpnc and it doesn't change anything. Thanks in advance.

I was having the same problem, looks related to

found another bug report with the solution in it - need to install 'NetworkManager-openconnect-gnome' and then the VPN options will display.

At the very least, the guys who split 'NetworkManager-openconnect-gnome' from the rest of the network manager should handle that error better... like put a notice "This feature is only available with the installation of additional packages. See this web page..."

I'm using Fedora 26, I had to install NetworkManager-openconnect-gnome for a CIsco AnyCOnnect connection.
