How do I install SWI-Prolog on Fedora 24?

I ran dnf info *prolog* but only found the interface for the Parma Polyhedra Library.

You were close... the best way to find available packages is to use dnf search ..., in your case dnf search prolog

Once you have narrowed down your package name, you can get more info using dnf info ..., dnf info pl

Google reveals that the relevant package is called pl, so I just had to do dnf install pl.
