I have expanded my machine with an secondary drive and would like to expand my already existing primary Samsung 850 SSD 120 G with an KINGSTON SUV400S37 120G SSD - same 120G drive, as LVM2 RAID 0 if there is any chance? How can I do it? I have to reformat my primary disk to regroup it, or it can be add new LVM group?

If your primary drive is not LVM, then yes you will have to reformat it.
