Welcome.

1) in YouTube search for "linux tutorial for beginners". I think the playlist "Linux Beginners Tutorials" of guru99 is very instructive. Or maybe the playlist "The Linux Basics Cource" of linuxTutorials. Or you might find yourself a better playlist.

2) Most of the GUI application works very intuitive and/or same as under MAC or MS. Try them.

3) For fedora specific tutorials : http://elearning.wsldp.com/fedora-linux/ ( sometimes for advanced users).

4) If you're on an irresolvable problem: ask here or on this website http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/ or via IRC : #fedora-docs

I forgot to mention a very popular site for asking questions http://stackoverflow.com/ . Stack Overflow is used not only for Unix/Linux issues but also to help solving coding problems. i.e. batch concerns, awk (for advanced users only), C, java, ... But as long as you call yourself a newbie, this is not the most appropriate place to ask questions.
