I am experiencing a problem with the new F18.

First all went ok, i was coming from F17 and the fedup program did the job. There was only a problem for my laptop (inspiron 6400, graphic card : INTEL 945GM), because with the first version of the F18 kernel, the video was not rendering well, and my wifi connection did not start. But after updating with yum, i get the last kernel and i could restart normally.

My problem came after : i finally switch the laptop and set it to sleep; but after 12 hours, when i decided to continue the session, i realized that because my battery was low, the computer was stopped. So i tried to start it, but it definitively stop the boot process on this line : "Reached Target Graphical [OK]"

I tried on another session to execute init 3 and then init 5, but no graphical interface came.

Does anybody know what is the problem?

I think i have found what made my problem. Just before my laptop went on sleep, i was trying to update VirtualBox, with package i found on the repository, tagged with F18. This is in fact after that, my laptop was never able to start the gdm. to be sure i went on the gdm log and saw there was errors concerning virtual box I finally decide to remove these packages to check if it was the good idea. My laptop could start the GDM Now, i have to find a good VirtualBox release for F18
