I am tried a couple of times to send a different types of files (e.g. picture ,video, document) to my Windows phone, but had no success, despite successful pairing. I executedbluedevil-sendfile from Konsole and got the following errors:

BluezQt: PendingCall Error: "Unit dbus-org.bluez.obex.service not found."
QXcbConnection: XCB error: 3 (BadWindow), sequence: 1735, resource id: 30672230, major code: 40 (TranslateCoords), minor code: 0
bluedevil.sendfile: Error creating session "ObexManager not operational!"

I do not know how to fix this, though I installed everything starting with bluez by the command sudo dnf install bluez-*. Screenshots are also included just in case.

Restarting the service bluetooth was no help either, and sending from the phone to Fedora-24 does not work too.

This is most probably not a KDE problem or a GNOME problem, as I had the same issue in GNOME, until I found this post, running the following command in terminal solved the problem:
sudo systemctl --global enable obex

Is there a kde-connect version for window phone? If yes it's a great little app.
