Are you running virtualbox OSE without USB support and other things i suggest to you uninstall Virtualbox-ose and use Virtualbox Oracle..

  1. Desinstall

Use this command to see what kernel are you installed in your system :

rpm -qa|grep kernel

try with this :

sudo yum install dkms gcc make automake kernel-headers kernel-devel

I switched from RPMfusion VirtualBox packages to Oracle packages. They have a yum repository and I get the updates as soon as they are out.

I'd suggest you use VirtualBox from Rpmfusion

  1. Import the signing key

    wget -q -O- | rpm --import -

Download the repo file in /etc/yum.repos.d/

sudo mv virtualbox.repo /etc/yum.repos.d/virtualbox.repo
  1. Install the packages

    sudo yum install VirtualBox-4.2

Each time I install a new kernel the VirtualBox drivers get automagically recompiled without any need to update a kmod package.

I just added vbox repo to /etc/yum.repos.d and run yum install VirtualBox after yum automatically found it's kmod-VirtualBox-3.6.7-4.fc17.i686.PAE-4.2.4-3.fc17.2.i686 repo. After install VM working fine.

Thanks. Issue has been resolved. Yum automated searched last version kernel driver from Vbox.

Kermel-devel was updated yesterday. This update not solve problem.

The foolish question--did it work before? You may have to also update kernel-PAE-devel. (If I remember correctly, it doesn't do this automatically, and, at least in the past, it would install kernel-devel, rather than kernel-PAE-devel.
