Right half of keyboard non functional

The keys generally on the right half of the keyboard (9,0,i,o,l,k,n,m...) are not functioning according to their normal role, unless the Fn key is pressed down in conjunction. otherwise, they've turned into arrow/movement, nothing, numbers or symbols. I've tried to reset keyboard to no avail.

Please help! (I'm a novice, clearly.)

That's only for the function keys, not the normal typing keys, so not applicable to this question.

Sounds like you have the numlock on. Is there a numlock key on your keyboard? Try pressing it. Check in the BIOS if there is a numlock setting and make sure it is off.

If none of those work, then do dnf install numlockx and run numlockx off. If that fixes it, you will need to add that command to your desktop startup.
