I tried to install a font in Fedora 24: Norddruck

But the problem is, that not every character is displayed. Like "T" or ä, ö, ü

I already read about, that this is a problem with the nouveau/intel driver. Unfortunetaly I already try to install nvidia-drivers here

Can anyone confirm the problem or give some advice, please?

kind regards

I am having the same problem with Fedora 24 (rpm fusion and negativo repositories added for multimedia-desktop added). I have tried changing the font and it appears to be the characters and not the font itself. It is a problem that is not there when the system starts, but eventually always happens after it has been running for a while. It affects all title bars in the Gnome 2 desktop, and a few other places (at least). The only solution that I have time for, so far, is to restart the system. My first guess is it is some sort of memory leak, somewhere, in something that is always running when the desktop is running.
