Good day,

I am new to linux and installed it for only reason - to learn some ethical hacking. So, according to one of the tutorial I am following, I need to run a VMachine with Kali Linux on it. To do so, I need to install Oracle VM VirtualBox. But after installing all the prerequisites of it, I get an error:

The VirtualBox kernel driver (vboxdrv) is either not loaded or there is a permission problem with /dev/vboxdrv. Please reinstall the kernel module by executin '/sbin/vboxconfig' as root.

Detailed error looks like this:

The virtual machine 'Kali linux' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1 (0x1).

Result Code: NS_ERROR_FAILURE
(0x80004005) Component: MachineWrap
Interface: IMachine
{b2547866-a0a1-4391-8b86-6952d82efaa0}

After running a command in Terminal under root, I get another error:

vboxdrv.sh: failed: modprobe vboxdrv failed. Please use 'dmesg' to find out why.

dmesg output is Program systemd tried to access /dev/mem between 9affb000->9affb008.

So far I had no luck with solving the issue. Re-installing VM does not solve the issue, or installing different version what so ever. I did enable Virtualization in BIOS though. Any help would be really appreciated since I really have no idea how to solve it.
