As you can see that one can create (if not auto created) nice looking icons (via writing desktoplets) for respective wine applications but when they start ALWAYS in the sidebar the wine bottles popup & NOT the icon of the app . Can this be somehow altered? image description

fedora doesnot support customised icons for wine yet.moreover docky which is an application used by other linux kernels to customise "wined" apps does not officially support fedora os. You can use docky to customise the icons having XFCE installed but the best you will get is 2D icons or nothing worst scenario docky crashes. My sugestion would be if the customised icons dont show up in Activities menu ignore and hopingly docky and fedora will work together on this one.
