How can I get Fedora 23 to boot on Thinkpad X1 Carbon 4th Gen?

I installed Fedora 23 Workstation (KDE spin) using the Live CD. I followed this guide, including adding intel_pstate=no_hwp. I used USB tethering to connect to the internet. Everything worked perfectly, according to the installer.

Once I rebooted, nothing shows up. Grub doesn't come up, nor any diagnostic information about Linux. I can access the BIOS, change the boot order, and select boot device. But again, selecting the disk drive to boot from (where Fedora is installed) shows nothing.

Is there a fix for this, or should I wait until Fedora 24 is released later this month?
