I have some xfce visual "blurps", and they can get really annoying. Important parts of the bottom panel and top bar (with exit, minimize and maximize buttons) disappear... sort of. They show the background image for my homescreen like they are clear. Then when I hover over them they mostly re-appear. I've tried changing themes and icons, but it still comes back.

I'm guessing that this has to do with Fedora some how, because I didn't have this issue on Arch linux?? Can anyone help me with this? Thanks!

Could this be a compositing issue? Or some graphics driver issue?
