netfs.service with systemctl seems to be enabled no more from Fedora 17. Could anybody tell me how to solve this problem?

Thanks your comment. The problem was solved now. According to your suggestion, dmesg output has has following contents;

[ 33.889723] FS-Cache: Loaded [ 33.954732] FS-Cache: Netfs 'cifs' registered for caching [ 33.955153] CIFS: Unknown mount option "codepage=cp932"

It seems the option "codepage=cp932" for a network drive described in /etc/fstab might not be supported by the latest samba. I removed the "codepage=cp932" option, and typed "mount -a" then everything works good.

Best regards.

dmesg show you anything?

I faced this problem with some cifs mounts(Windows) on my work, and i found this problem:

[   25.497833] FS-Cache: Loaded
[ 25.519201] FS-Cache: Netfs 'cifs' registered for caching
[ 25.541774] CIFS VFS: default security mechanism requested. The default security mechanism will be upgraded from ntlm to ntlmv2 in kernel release 3.3

Still without solution, but using a "mount -a" after boot should work as a workarround for me.

Could you please post your dmesg file contents?
