how can I move the minimum, maximum and close button from the right to the left as Ubuntu and Mac? more, I still want to put the three button(Min ,Max ,Close) on the Menu bar not Title bar ,because when I maximum my window after I hide the Menu bar ,the three button disappear .besides ,if the top panel can hide auto ,it surely make a lot of fun. thank you.

Just run this command from terminal too:

gsettings set org.gnome.shell.overrides button-layout "close,maximize,minimize"

Not verified, but looks good. No clue about auto-hiding the top panel though.
