I am trying to mount the MicroSD Card from my mobile so I can view files on it. I can mount it when the card is in the Mobile phone but when I place it in a Card reader, I get the following error I am using Fedora 23

Error mounting /dev/sdd1 at /run/media/me/3638-3532: Command-line `mount -t "exfat" -o "uhelper=udisks2,nodev,nosuid,uid=1000,gid=1000,iocharset=utf8,namecase=0,errors=remount-ro,umask=0077" "/dev/sdd1" "/run/media/me/3638-3532"' exited with non-zero exit status 32: mount: unknown filesystem type 'exfat'

I tried the command line mount but with the same error

Can anyone shed any light on this please ?

You need to have fuse-exfat installed to mount xFAT filesystems. Running dnf install fuse-exfat as root or with sudo should do the trick.

Error message point you to "...unknown filesystem type 'exfat'". Install modules for this filesystem.
