Low space error on fedora 23 workstation

its my df print something use my sda1 unit, but i can't find it

Try searching with this command

sudo du -h -t 100M -d 3 -c  /var /home

Also ncdu (text based) and baobab (graphical) are great tools for finding large file and/or directories. Although in you situtation installing new packages might be somewhat problematic. If the listing was produces as a normal user, there is however some space left for the use of the root user.

The df command to report file system disk space usage, from the output, the /dev/sda1 are the root location of you partition. Seem it already reached 100% , try to delete unused data/folder from /dev/sda1. Please carefully clearing the data foles
