Wifi dropping on F23

Ever since I've installed Fedora 23 the wifi has been intermittently stopping on me. Sometimes I get an orange exclamation point and other times I don't even get that.

Other Symptoms: + Web pages will attempt to load until they time out + Cannot ping default gateway + Sometimes restarting Network Manager or disabling/enabling wifi brings it back for a bit + Running nmap -Pn on the default gateway returns that all 1000 ports scanned are filtered

I don't have this problem on windows and my phone(Android) also works fine so I don't think it's the internet itself.I've messed around with the network setting quite a bit, such as changing IP address to static and setting up different DNS servers.

I think the problem is that my Wifi adapter isn't fully supported in linux(Also had issues with Mint and Ubuntu), is it possible to roll back/ update drivers or something to see if it fixes the problem or do I have to go back to windows for a stable internet connection?

Wifi Adapter: RTL8723BE PCIe

If you want any more information about my network configuration just ask and I'll get them up as soon as I can, it's just that at this stage I'm fairly certain it's more that just a miss-configured network.

Thanks, Keith.

Could you paste the output of "journalctl -b --system | grep NetworkManager". If it is more than 50 lines then attach it as a text file.

thx, Keshav
